What is the best way to contact a. wolf?

The best way to contact us is by email at contact@awolf.co.uk. Please note that we reply to emails from Monday to Friday as quickly as possible.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We provide free shipping to the UK via EVRI. We can ship internationally as well for an extra cost - please see below for prices.

Do you have free shipping?

Yes, shipping to the UK is included. For the EU, we charge £14.99 and for the rest of world £23.99.

Can I track my package?

Absolutely. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a EVRI tracking number by email. Please note that it may take a couple of hours for your tracking number to become active.

When will I receive my shirt?

Shipping to the UK will take 3-5 business days, for the EU 4-11 business days, and for the rest of world 5-17 business days

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro. We also accept payment with PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. The sum will be deducted from your account once the order is shipped.

Returns

How do I return an order (UK)?

For UK returns, please contact us on contact@awolf.co.uk and we can issue you a returns label via the Post Office, we’d just deduct a small amount from the refund for this (£3.71). Otherwise, you can send the order back via your own method - make sure your order number and name is included in the package. Please neatly fold and repackage your unworn shirt in its original packaging to avoid waste. Once we receive them, we will process the return as fast as possible. 

How do I return an order (International)?

For International returns, please send your order back to us via your own chosen method to process. a. wolf does not cover the cost of returns shipping or any duties/taxes incurred if being returned from outside of the UK. Please neatly fold and repackage your unworn shirt in its original packaging to avoid waste.  make sure your order number and name is included in the package, then please post these back to us (a. wolf, 33 Lorn Road, SW9 0AB); we recommend sending this back via a trackable service as a. wolf cannot be held responsible for any damaged or lost parcels being sent back to us. Once we receive them, we will process the return as fast as possible. 

What is your return policy?

We have a 28 days return policy to ensure that you have enough time to decide.

Do you provide free returns?

We do not provide free return labels, when we refund your order we will deduct the returns postage cost (£3.71) from the final amount.

I have received a damaged product. What should I do?

Please send a photo or description of the damaged item to contact@awolf.co.uk so we can help resolve the issue.

If I return an order, when do I get my money back?

We process your return as soon as we get it, but it can take up to 10 days before the money is back in your account if you paid by credit card. If you have paid with PayPal it can be a few days only. Please note that we refund via the same payment method that you used when placing the order.

Can I return a gift?

Absolutely. Please note that the money will go back to the account of the person who paid for the order.

Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. In order to adhere to our sustainability pillar, we only produce small batches to avoid left-over stock. Instead we recommend that you return the originally ordered item(s) for a refund and afterwards place a new order for the replacement(s).

Orders

Will I get a confirmation of my order?

Once confirming your order, a binding agreement is made, and you will automatically receive an email confirming the order. If you somehow did not receive an order confirmation, please contact us.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately it is not possible for us to cancel your order once placed. We strive to process all orders as soon as placed.

Can I modify my order after it has been placed?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any edits regarding the purchased items.

Is it possible for a. wolf to cancel my order?

We reserve the right to cancel any orders if the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. In the event that this should happen, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

Products

Will sold out items be restocked?

We believe in only producing what we need to avoid waste and overproduction. That unfortunately means that sometimes we have items sold out. This is by far the best way of working to lower our carbon footprint and we are doing our very best to restock sold out items as soon as possible.

Can I get a notification if a sold out item is back in stock?

Yes, you can! To be notified when a specific item is back in stock, please sign up for our 'notify me when available' option located on the respective item’s product page.
